Often the best and fastest way to get help is a telephone call, but who are you going to call? Hardware reps and vendors can’t afford to help you if you’re not buying. Software “help” lines rarely see beyond their specific product, so they’re not likely to give you comprehensive answers—and you probably can’t afford to subscribe to all of them. Pre-Paid Phone Support
Don’t worry about paperwork every time you pick up the phone Telephone support is available in prepaid units of three hours. Pre-paid support makes it simple for you to get the help you need and assures that your questions are always welcome. It also saves you money—pre-paid support is offered at a discount from our normal hourly rates.
Free Phone Support
Telephone support is available to all our students for 90 days after class (on material covered in class).
