Thomas J. Piwowar & Associates, Inc. knows better. We don’t sell computer hardware or software. We’re not a temp service, headhunter, printer, nor service bureau. We don’t have a hidden agenda.

TJP&A focuses entirely on making our clients successful electronic publishers. We provide our clients with consulting, training, production assistance, and technical support.

Dr. Tom
TJP&A was started by Dr. Thomas J. Piwowar (pe-VO-vahr) over twenty years ago. He has been at the forefront of the electronic publishing industry ever since.
A recognized expert, Tom is well known for keeping on top of the hot issues in the computer industry. You’ll often see him speaking at conferences and in the media. You may have heard Dr. Tom on the "Computer Guys" — part of National Public Radio’s syndicated talk show "Public Interest."
Consulting
TJP&A’s consulting focuses on using technology to make work easier and more productive. We look at the whole picture and harmonize technology, procedures, and techniques. We don’t let the process of installing technology become an end in itself.
Training
TJP&A’s training is carefully crafted to cover the key information you need to excel at your job. You’ll learn solid, practical techniques that really apply to your work — not useless theory or computer mumbo jumbo.
You’ll learn in a way that maximizes your understanding and helps you remember what you’ve learned. You’ll see how each new technique works, then try it yourself. Our small classes assure personal attention so you’ll stay on track.
Staff
TJP&A staff are all full-time employees. When not teaching, we research, write, and produce TJP&A’s classes. We stay on top of the industry by testing the latest software and hardware releases for Macs and PCs. We also work on print and electronic media design projects and consulting assignments for our clients.
